Terms:
- All orders taken by Mail or Phone.
- Payment in advance or on delivery (C.O.D.), F.O.B. Scottsdale, AZ.
- C.O.D. is payable by cash, certified check, or cashier's check. A $75 deposit is required if C.O.D. is requested per plunger.
- Per plunger, this cost is $15, via United Parcel Service, within the continental U.S.A.
- NO charge is made for shipping and handling when the transaction is made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), for the FULL costs, prior to shipment.
- Plungers and drip pans, with sticks, are in a special corrugated container, meant to be retained/saved, then placed in a second box to protect the original box. This is a damage resistant package.
Please phone for availability (480) 767.1804 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST); if plunger is made, and only has to be numbered, it can be shipped within a week. The order may take as long as a month to reach shipment. Credit card payments will be credited/refunded if shipment is not made within a month of the order date.
Return Policy - Within 30 Days after Shipment:
Purchase price money fully refunded for any reason, but the original shipping/handling cost, and the return freight must be born by the purchaser. Returns must be authorized via phone, before item is sent back; a shipping label will be sent to purchaser. The label will have all information necessary for proper handling. Refunds are at the discretion of Catharsis PlungerTM; damage from freight handlers or purchaser is not covered by this policy. Any disputes must be adjudicated in the State of Arizona, County of Maricopa, City of Phoenix.
